1 yr of teaching done!

Well another milestone happened today. I finished my 1st year of teaching. And as my class 8 students leave one by one, I can’t help feeling a little sad. Sad, because my students won’t be here next year with me, sad because I only have one more year here in Kenya and sad I still have another year with the psycho teacher. Since reaching my year mark in Kenyan everyone from family to friends, to random people in the cyber world have asked me what will I do after Kenya. Well, as I sit here wrapped up in a fleece blanket, wool sweater, drinking coffee listening to the rain thundering outside and reading The Sex Lives of Cannibals by T. Maarten Troost, I have sudden passion to do a stint in the south pacific....
